• Choose from a wide range of colours and textures
• Can be combined with a sunscreen blind on a dual bracket as a day/night blind (extra cost applies)
• Can be ordered with a pelmet or aluminium headbox (extra cost applies)
• Blockout side channels can be added to reduce light penetration (extra cost applies)
• Large blinds can have a spring booster or motor attached to assist with raising (extra cost applies)
• Can be linked to one another to cover large spans (extra cost applies)
• Traditional and fancy trims are available (extra cost applies)
• Can be motorised and made compatible with home automation systems (extra cost applies)
Con's
• Although they are called blockout blinds, light can still enter your room from the around the edges
• Narrow width roller blinds with a long drop are not advisable
• If these blinds start to track the edges can fray quite badly
• Blinds with large width can have bagging in the centre of the cloth, normally due to flex in the roller tube
